Description: The Plan to Protect workshop is designed to offer guidance to decision-makers on how to prepare for climate change. Case studies demonstrating how different communities have approached adaptation planning will be presented with a view to extracting transferable lessons and practices from these models. The workshop will also kick-off an opportunity for towns in the Cape and Islands to develop climate adaptation plans.
Cost: There is no charge but registration is required.
Audience: Municipal Officials, Planners, DPW Directors, Engineers, Conservation Commissions, Natural Resource Mgrs, Emergency Mgrs, Coastal Mgrs, Wastewater Boards, Environmental Orgs.
